Hotel boutique de 38 habitaciones ubicado en el barrio Lastarria, sector que ya es reconocido dentro y fuera de Chile como el barrio histórico, cultural y bohemio de Santiago.El hotel mezcla un diseño moderno con reminiscencias de la época Art Deco, el estilo arquitectónico del edificio, tiene 6 pisos más una terraza de 300 mts. cuadrados que cuenta con una piscina calefaccionada y un bar, de los cuales se observan las hermosas vistas al parque Forestal y Plaza Italia. En el primer piso cuenta con el lobby, bar y un restaurant frente al Parque Forestal. También cuenta con un subterráneo donde se encuentra el Sauna.El edificio es una joya histórica del reconocido arquitecto Luciano Kulczewski el cual fue construido en 1928. Este monumento arquitectónico fue considerado cuando se construyó, como el primer rascacielos de Chile, además de ser el primero con calefacción centralizada y el primer ascensor que funcionó en Chile, obra que se renovó y restauró, conservando su cápsula original. En su riqueza arquitectónica se pueden apreciar las geométricas escaleras de mármol, sus espectaculares puertas de madera mezcladas con vitreaux, todas piezas absolutamente recuperadas.

A nice clean hotel that has character, charm and history. Well located close to restaurants and attractions. The staff were great, welcoming and some good English which really helped us as we don’t know how to speak Spanish. Good value for money. We would stay again.

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene una decoración y arquitectura que te hacen sentir en otra epoca, tiene un Rooftop con una vista linda y el personal es muy amable, pero el único tema con mi estancia fue qué no limpiaron mi cuarto dos veces y eso arruino toda mi experiencia

el desayuno está muy por debajo de la calidad del hotel, el pan, la leche en botella térmica, el sencillo pan integral. el croissant duro! Los únicos artículos variados fueron los jugos y la ensalada de frutas. dejó mucho que desear!

Me quede en la suite más cara del hotel y el aseo no era prolijo, la tina y piso del baño Sucios , las toallas tenían pelo largo rubio , las toallas muy viejas y la ropa de cama tb. Por el valor hoteles similares tienen cafetera gratis en l habitación con té y café de cápsulas . La pastelería del desayuno, mala. En definitiva muy caro para lo que es . Está sobrevalorado el precio de la suite para lo que es

I loved this gem of a hotel. The classic style and decor are wonderful. The antique lift is quite charming. Wifi really came in handy. I really enjoyed breakfast and the service was great. I liked the rooftop bar is a nice place to relax. When the smog allows the view is to die for.

Best experience!! Your staff is so so so nice and accommodating. Front desk let me keep my luggage in the storage room after I checked out and even invited me to the roof before my flight. Super friendly and cordial. My room smelled slightly of sewage, nothing terrible but something to potentially look into. Also perhaps dimming the lights in the foyer a bit at night. It’s so bright and leaks into the room.

We stayed at Luciano K at the beginning and end of our trip, and we were very happy with it. Great, super helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good facilities and price. Right on the edge of Lastarria, which was our favorite neighborhood. And as a bonus, a terrific complimentary breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

A nice boutique Art Deco hotel centrally located. The staff was uniformly helpful and friendly. Every thing was efficiently run. The taxis they ordered for my for my trips to the airport were on time and charged exactly what the hotel had said. The breakfast was outstanding and there was plenty of seating. The rooftop terrace with the small pool was a gem. Christian, Brian and Isis were the staff members i interacted with and couldn't have been better. I invited friends up for a pisco sour. I would definitely stay again. i was there altogether for 8 nights.

Historic building in a lovely part of town, close to everything. Very small rooms with no exterior window and few amenities. The building, while lovely inside was a little run down. Breakfast was ok. A good 3 star hotel but not 4...

great stay...friendly, very helpful staff, good breakfast, excellent location. Room (303) was good size, had enough storage, large bathroom with lots of hot water and good pressure. Everywhere was very clean. Roof top bar was excellent with great views...food there was so-so and a bit pricey. Next stay we will book premium room with outside view....303 was a bit dark...but a good value for price paid

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Clean and reasonable size rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location suited us well as it walking distance to all the key places - restaurants, city and key places of interests. We had to leave early at 6am and we were provided with breakfast for our early departure. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the awesome staff who made us feel welcome and looked after!
